Nicki Hayes is our Chief Communications Officer. She also freelances as a writing companion, co-creating content with entrepreneurs in the learning & development, executive coaching, and wellbeing sectors. Her most recent co-creation is First Aid for Feelings: The Essential Manual for Self-care Skills and Good Health.
Nicki has also helped to develop many psychology-based development programmes, from life skills for young prisoners to employment skills for the long-time unemployed, evidence-based behavioural skills for living well with anxiety, and corporate storytelling for social impact. Among other roles, she’s worked as a PR consultant, technology correspondent, social impact journalist, and CSR newshound for Microsoft.
