Kate Copeland

Kate has been working in Experiential Learning since 2001 as a Business Actor, Facilitator and Executive Coach. She is passionate about enabling others to communicate to the best of their ability; with clarity, empathy and impact. She brings drive, warmth and appropriate challenge to her working environment.
Kate’s specialism is in working on one-to-one real play scenarios, giving bespoke feedback to her clients and developing strategies to help them embed the changes they would like to make in their communication and leadership styles. She is particularly committed to working with historically underrepresented groups to create a genuinely level playing field for all.
Kate also works globally as a Facilitator and has worked with every level of seniority in most sectors. Clients include British Airways, UBS, MasterCard, Vodafone, AmEx, many public sector and medical authorities, the Big Four Consultancies and several Magic Circle Law Firms.
In addition to two BA Hons degrees, Kate is qualified in Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence, DISC, Positive Intelligence and is an accredited Executive Coach.
Kate trained as an actor at the Guildhall School of Speech and Drama and has worked regularly in theatre and on screen. Theatre highlights include the Royal Shakespeare Company and several UK National tours. On TV, she is often seen playing a headmistress for some reason(!). She has particularly enjoyed stints on Call The Midwife, Man Like Mobeen and Danny Boyle’s Pistol.
