All our actor-coaches are professionally trained with at least 100 hours’ experience of delivering drama-based training to businesses.

Syrus Lowe
Syrus is a co-founder of The Communication Practice and a Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) trained actor who has worked in every corner of the economy as a role-player, facilitator and trainer. He has 15 years of experience covering many areas, including Difficult Conversations, Personal Impact, Diversity and Inclusion, and Leadership.

Kate Copeland
Kate has been working in experiential learning since 2001 as a business actor, facilitator and executive coach. She is passionate about enabling others to communicate to the best of their ability; with clarity, empathy and impact. She brings drive, warmth and appropriate challenge to her working environment.

Elizabeth Twells
Lizzie trained at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in Acting and has worked in the public, private and charity sectors as a role-player and facilitator for 10 years. She specialises in Difficult Conversations, Influencing and Diversity and Inclusion.

Robert Shaw Cameron
Robert is a theatre director, actor and communications coach. He has worked internationally with business leaders, partners, and senior managers in the public and private sector, coaching and developing communications skills, pitches, presentations, personal impact, and development and assessment panels.

Deni Francis
Deni is a trained actor (BA Hons Drama & Sociology), role player and creative facilitator who has worked across all sectors, nationally and internationally. With over 20 years experience in areas including, leadership, assertiveness, resilience and wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion is woven into everything she does.

Rina Mahoney
An experienced educator, Rina has spent thirty years in the training room as a professional role player and facilitator for numerous assessment centres and development centres.

Mason Phillips
Mason has worked for over twenty years as a facilitator, coach, actor and writer. His corporate experience ranges from bespoke practice sessions with senior executives at major financial institutions to facilitating forum theatre with engineers at nuclear power stations and everything in between.

Shamia Chalabi
Shamia is a published playwright and has ten years' experience as a corporate actor and facilitator. With a BA (Hons) in Acting she is passionate about using her training to coach people in effective communication.
