Nicki Hayes is our Chief Communications Officer. She also works as a freelance corporate storyteller and writing companion. She has co-created content with entrepreneurs and organisations working in the training & development, executive coaching, and well-being sectors. She’s also helped to develop many psychology-based development programmes, from life skills for young prisoners to employment skills for the long-time unemployed, evidence-based behavioural skills for living well with anxiety, and corporate storytelling for social impact. Among other roles, she’s worked as a PR consultant, technology correspondent, social impact journalist, and CSR newshound for Microsoft.
