Mason Phillips

Mason has worked for over twenty years as a facilitator, coach, actor and writer.
His corporate experience ranges from bespoke practice sessions with senior executives at major financial institutions to facilitating forum theatres with engineers at nuclear power stations and everything in between. He is a big believer in affording people the opportunity to practise their skills and experience different communication methods in a safe yet challenging environment, utilising feedback, influencing, negotiation and coaching models to assist the learning.
Areas of expertise include influencing skills, performance management, coaching, Assertiveness, interview skills, leadership development, appraisal skills, personal impact and challenging conversations.
As well as either facilitating the sessions or working as an actor-coach, Mason is highly experienced in the creation of the practical elements of the programs and the writing of interactive briefs and scripts.
Recent work has included facilitating a series of Remote Management workshops with Leigh Day Associates, facilitating a global programme with a leading sportswear company across 12 countries in three months, facilitating a series of coaching workshops with UK Sport across such Olympic disciplines as sailing, judo, tennis, swimming and table tennis, and working on a series of influencing workshops for Salesforce in Hyderabad. Other recent work includes an ongoing diversity and inclusion program for a global energy provider, and a series of influencing workshops for Clyde & Co in London and Chicago.
